Price rules:
Prices are based on a family stay (2 adults + 2 children) using 2 beds (bed and sofabed)
Additional 5th person Add 25 pounds/week
Couples discount 10% disc.Adult exceeding 2 max. 4 Add 10 pounds per day
Short stay suplement Add 50 pounds

Minimum booking 350 pounds
Minimun booking rules:
Christmas, Easter and Olimpic games, minimun booking is 1 week. For bookings placed more than 60 days prior to arrival, i will ask for a minimun booking of 5 nights. I will not take bookings more than 60 days prior to arrival for under 550 pounds. These rules will not apply when i have availability in between bookings.
Booking conditions:
To secure the flat 30% of the total amount will be paid when booking.
The remaining balance will be paid as follows:
- a small amount, usually 100 pounds, cash on arrival
- the rest will have to be paid 3 or 4 weeks before arrival
Cancellation policy: all amounts are no refundable unless other booking arises. As London has a high occupancy level, the sooner you cancel, the more likely you are to get your deposit back.
