In the event we don’t have availability on our apartment, Rob owns another apartment, so he could probably offer an alternative place to stay if ours is not available. He owns another one bedroom apartment in a nearby building, ideal to accommodate bigger parties when booking together.
Rates:
We work on a minimum stay of 2 days, particularly on the weekends.
Our general rates are :
Weekend rates :
120 per night for 2 people, add 10 per night per additional guest.
Weekly rates:
Low season and last minute: 450 pounds per week
Summer season, Easter and Christmas : 550 pounds per week.
Spring and Autumn: 500 pounds per week.
